Vertical Extension Project – Faculty of Al-Alsun – Egyptian Russian University
“A new addition that strengthens academic presence and meets expansion aspirations”
As part of the academic expansion plans and in response to the growing needs of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at the Egyptian Russian University, our company successfully executed the vertical extension of the faculty building by adding a complete new floor in line with the highest standards of quality and safety.
The project included comprehensive structural reinforcement, as well as the construction of lecture halls, offices, and meeting rooms using modern, moisture-resistant materials. The interior and exterior finishes were designed in harmony to reflect the faculty’s contemporary identity.
In addition, electrical networks were extended and integrated with smart control systems, internet connectivity, and surveillance cameras, while drainage, air-conditioning, and ventilation networks were implemented using state-of-the-art technologies.
This project represents a significant milestone that enhances the faculty’s capacity and stands as a testament to our expertise in precise, large-scale university building development and expansion.
